Hm, well I've noticed that there is alot of mixed fan art and Oc's and facfiction concerning Naruto, so I just thought, why not?

This is a group for creating Naruto OC you have that's waiting to take the Ninja World!

Which means this is the resource sight for all the people wanting to create a Naruto Oc, with helpful tutorials and fun links.

If you have a tutorial on how to create, dress, keep those Canon characters in character and other fun Naruto facts, join! Feel free to add an OC too, but create a fun character profile along with them, so everyone can see how this sight has helped you!
